Objective To evaluate the application effect of stroke emergency nursing group mode in the rescue process of stroke patients. Methods 160 stroke patients admitted to Binzhou Medical College Affiliat-ed Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected, collect their clinical data, and divide them into the study group(stroke emergency nursing group mode,n=80)and the control group(conventional nursing mode,n=80)according to different nursing modes. The time of emergency treatment,NIHSS score,FMA score,Barthel score, and SS-QOL score, adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The pre-emergency as-sessment time,pre-hospital emergency time,in-hospital diagnosis time, and in-hospital emergency time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).At discharge and 1 month after discharge, compared with the control group, the NIHSS score of the study group decreased more significantly(P<0.001),and the FMA score increased more significantly(P<0.001).At discharge and 1 month after discharge,Barthel score and SS-QOL score in the study group increased more significantly compared with the control group(P<0.001).The complication rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For stroke patients, adopting stroke emergency nursing group mode is not only conducive to shortening emergency time and improving patient prognosis, but also has a low incidence of complications during emergency treatment.
