摘要
目的 探析对脑梗死伴H型高血压患者选择马来酸依那普利叶酸片预防脑梗死再发的效果.方法 选取2017年4月至2018年10月南宁市第三人民医院收治的脑梗死伴H型高血压患者120例,按数字表法将其随机分为两组:单药组(马来酸依那普利10 mg/d)、复方组(马来酸依那普利叶酸片10 mg·0.8 mg/d),观察两组的治疗效果、血压及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血糖、血脂以及用药1年内的脑梗死发生率.结果 复方组疗效总有效率明显高于单药组(P＜0.05);经治疗后,在舒张压、收缩压以及Hcy水平上,复方组都表现更低(P＜0.05);治疗前两组血糖和血脂指标无差异(P＞0.05),治疗后,复方组血糖和血脂水平较单药组更低(P＜0.05);经治疗后,复方组的TG、TC、LDL-C和HDL-C水平较单药组更低(P＜0.05);复方组用药1年内的脑梗死发生率更低(P＜0.05).结论 对脑梗死伴H型高血压患者选择马来酸依那普利叶酸片具有良好优势,其可有效降低血压、血糖、血脂和同型半胱氨酸水平,并减少脑梗死发生率,凸显治疗价值,具推广意义.
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets in preventing the recurrence of cerebral infarction in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with H-type hypertension.Methods This study selected 120 patients with cerebral infarction complicated with H-type hypertension who were hospitalized or visited the outpatient clinic at the Neurology Department of Nanning Third People's Hospital from April 2017 to October 2018.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a digital table method:a mon-otherapy group(10 mg/day enalapril maleate)and a combination group(10 mg enalapril maleate and 0.8 mg folic acid/day).The therapeutic effects,blood pressure,homocysteine(Hcy),blood glucose,blood lipids,and the incidence of cerebral infarction within one year of medication were observed in both groups.Results Compared to the mon-otherapy group,the combination group had a significantly higher overall efficacy rate(P＜0.05).and after treatment,the combination group showed lower levels of diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,and Hcy(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in blood glucose and blood lipid levels between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).But after treatment,the combination group had significantly lower levels of blood glucose and blood lipids compared to the monotherapy group(P＜0.05).The levels of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the monotherapy group after treatment(P＜0.05).The incidence of cerebral in-farction within one year of medication was lower in the combination group compared to the monotherapy group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets offer significant advantages in patients with cerebral infarction complicated with H-type hypertension.They effectively reduce blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipids,and homocysteine levels,and decrease the inci-dence of cerebral infarction,highlighting their therapeutic value and potential for widespread use.
