Effectiveness of an Integrated Pre-Hospital and In-Hospital Treatment Model for Patients with Severe Trauma

摘要
目的 探讨对于严重创伤患者采取一体化急救方案的救治效果.方法 回顾性收集2021年12月至2024年1月滨州医学院附属医院救治的106例严重创伤患者病历资料,根据救治模式的不同,分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用院前院内一体化急救,对照组采用常规急救,每组各53例.比较两组患者的救治时间、救治效果和损伤严重程度.结果 观察组患者急救时间和住院时间均短于对照组患者(P均＜0.001).观察组患者的多器官功能障碍综合征(Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome,MODS)(P=0.038)、休克(P=0.034)、死亡(P=0.014)发生率均明显低于对照组患者.两组患者急救前ISS(Injury Severity Score,ISS)评分无明显差异(P＞0.05);急救后两组患者ISS评分均改善,且观察组患者ISS评分明显低于对照组(P＜0.001).结论 院前院内一体化救治模式可显著缩短严重创伤患者的急救时间、提高救治效果,有利于改善损伤严重程度,有效提高了救治效率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of adopting an integrated emergency plan for pa-tients with severe trauma.Methods A retrospective collection was conducted on 106 cases of severe trauma patients treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from December 2021 to January 2024.Ac-cording to different treatment modes,they were divided into the observation group and the control group.The ob-servation group received integrated first aid pre and in the hospital,while the control group received routine first aid,with 53 cases in each group.We compared the treatment time,effectiveness,and severity of injuries between two groups of patients.Results The observation group had shorter emergency time and hospitalization time than the control group(both P＜0.001).The incidence of Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome(MODS)(P=0.038),shock(P=0.034),and death(P=0.014)in the observation group patients was significantly lower than those in the control group patients.There was no significant difference in the Injury Severity Score(ISS)scores between the two groups of patients before emergency treatment(P＞0.05);After emergency treatment,the ISS scores of both groups of patients improved,and the ISS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the con-trol group(P＜0.001).Conclusion The integrated pre hospital and in-hospital treatment model can significantly shorten the emergency time for severely injured patients,improve treatment effectiveness,and improve the severity of injuries,effectively enhancing treatment efficiency.
