Objective To explore the application effects of different emergency treatment regimens in pedi-atric status epilepticus(SE).Methods 260 children with status epilepticus admitted to Anhui Children's Hospital from May 2021 to March 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group(midazolam+diazepam+pheno-barbital)and the control group(diazepam+phenobarbital)according to the emergency plan, with 130 cases in each group.Clinical efficacy, epilepsy status before and after treatment, treatment duration, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate in the observation group was 91.54%,which was significantly higher than that(72.31%)in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,STESS scores in both groups were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.001),and the post-treatment STESS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).The treatment duration in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14.62%,which was lower than that(31.54%)in the control group(P=0.001).Conclu-sion The combination of diazepam, phenobarbital, and midazolam in the treatment of pediatric status epilepticus has significant clinical efficacy, can significantly improve the epileptic condition, has fewer adverse reactions, and leads to better patient prognosis.
