Objective To explore the application effectiveness of pre-hospital emergency protocols in the management of high-risk chest pain emergencies. Methods From June 2021 to June 2023,90 high-risk chest pain patients treated at the Zhangzhou Emergency Center were randomly divided using a numerical table method into the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=45).The observation group received pre-hospital emer-gency services, while the control group received conventional emergency care.Rescue time, adverse outcomes, and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group showed significantly shorter onset to emergency department arrival time, onset to diagnosis confirmation time, and average hospital stay time compared to the control group(P<0.00l for all). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 24.44%,with a mortality rate of 8.89%,significantly lower than the control group's complication rate of 48.89%and mortality rate of 33.33%(P<0.005).The clinical effective rate in the observation group was 97.78%,signifi-cantly higher than that in the control group(82.22%)(P=0.014).Conclusion Pre-hospital emergency services effectively reduce rescue times for high-risk chest pain patients, lower the incidence of adverse outcomes, and im-prove rescue effectiveness.
