摘要
目的 探索脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者采取一体化急救联合综合康复的应用效果.方法 回顾性收集2021年8月至2023年8月莆田学院附属医院收治的60例脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者的临床基础资料,根据急救方案的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例.比较两组患者的神经功能、生活能力、疗效.结果 两组患者干预前感觉神经功能和运动神经功能评分无显著差异(P＞0.05);两组患者干预后,感觉神经功能和运动神经功能均改善(P＜0.001),且观察组感觉神经功能和运动神经功能评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组患者干预前躯体疼痛、生理功能、社会功能、运动功能评分无显著差异(P＞0.05);两组患者干预后,各维度生活能力评分均改善(P＜0.001),且观察组感觉躯体疼痛、生理功能、社会功能、运动功能评分均高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组的临床疗效明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 一体化急救联合综合康复的方案能有效改善脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者的神经功能,提高患者的生活能力,疗效显著.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effects of integrated emergency care combined with compre-hensive rehabilitation for patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injuries.Methods Retrospective collection of clinical basic data of 60 patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injuries admitted to Putian University Affil-iated Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023.According to different emergency plans,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.We compared the neurological function,living ability,and therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results There was no significant difference in sensory and motor nerve function scores between the two groups of patients before intervention(P＞0.05);After intervention,both groups of patients showed improvement in sensory and motor nerve function(P＜0.001),and the observation group had higher scores in sensory and motor nerve function than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in the scores of physical pain,physiological function,social function,and motor function between the two groups of patients before intervention(P＞0.05);After intervention,the scores of various dimensions of life ability improved in both groups of patients(P＜0.001),and the observation group had higher scores of perceived physical pain,physiological function,social function,and motor function than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The integrated emergency care combined with comprehensive rehabilitation plan can effectively improve the neurological function of patients with spinal fractures and spinal cord injuries,enhance their daily living abilities,and demonstrate significant therapeutic effects.
