Acute Coronary Syndrome(ACS)is a common clinical manifestation of cardiovascular diseases,where the application of antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs plays a crucial role in its treatment.Recent studies have highlighted the importance of combining dual antiplatelet therapy(DAPT)with novel oral anticoagulants(NOACs)to improve patient outcomes.The latest advancements indicate that personalized treatment strategies can significantly reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events while minimizing the risk of bleeding.This paper will review the advancements in the application of antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs in the emergency treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome(ACS),aiming to provide clinicians with the latest treatment guidelines and references.
