摘要
目的 分析标准化急救护理流程在老年急性心肌梗死(Acute Myocardial Infarction,AMI)患者中的实施效果.方法 回顾性分析2022年4月至2023年4月本院收治的90例老年AMI患者临床资料.根据急救护理方案的不同分为标准化急救护理组(观察组)和常规急救护理组(对照组),每组45例.比较两组急救指标、住院时间、抢救效果、不良情绪及满意度.结果 观察组心电图时间、建立静脉输液时间、抢救时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P＜0.001).观察组心脏不良事件发生率、复发率均显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组抢救成功率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).护理前,HAMA评分和HAMD评分在两组患者间无显著差异(P＞0.05);护理后,两组HAMA评分和HAMD评分均降低,且观察组HAMA评分和HAMD评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.001).观察组满意度显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 标准化急救护理流程可有效缩短老年心肌梗死患者急救时间,提高抢救成功率,改善患者不良情绪,提高患者满意度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of standardized emergency nursing procedures in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods The clinical data of 90 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction,admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023,were retrospectively analyzed.Ac-cording to different emergency nursing protocols,patients were divided into the standardized emergency nursing group(observation group)and the conventional emergency nursing group(control group),with 45 patients in each group.Emergency indicators,hospitalization time,rescue outcomes,adverse emotions,and satisfaction rates were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had significantly shorter electrocardiogram time,intravenous infusion establishment time,rescue time,and hospitalization time compared to the control group(P＜0.001).The incidence of adverse cardiac events(P＜0.05)and recurrence rate were significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P＜0.05),while the rescue success rate was significantly higher in the observation group(P＜0.05).Before nursing care,there were no significant differences in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing care,HAMA and HAMD scores decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing significantly lower scores than that of the control group(P＜0.001).The satis-faction rate of patients and their families in the observation group was 95.56％,significantly higher than that of the control group(77.78％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Standardized emergency nursing procedures can effectively short-en the emergency response time for elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction,improve rescue success rates,alleviate adverse emotions,and enhance patient satisfaction.
