摘要
目的 分析对于结直肠息肉切除术后患者采取预见性护理的应用价值.方法 选取2020年8月至2023年7月福建中医药大学附属福州中医院收治的110例结直肠息肉切除术者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(预见性护理干预,n=55)和对照组(常规护理干预,n=55),比较两组患者肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间、负面情绪、健康行为能力、不良反应、护理满意度.结果 观察组患者肠道功能恢复时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P＜0.001).干预前,两组患者负面情绪DASS-21三个维度评分和健康行为SRAHP四个维度评分均无显著差异(P＞0.05);干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁、压力评分均显著低于对照组(P＜0.001),健康责任、心理安适、营养、运动评分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.001).观察组并发症发生率为7.27％,低于对照组的32.73％(P＜0.05).结论 预见性护理干预有利于结直肠息肉切除术后患者肠道功能恢复,缩短住院时间,改善不良情绪,减少并发症.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of predictive nursing in patients after colorectal polypectomy.Methods 110 patients who underwent colorectal polypectomy at Fuzhou Hospital,affiliated with Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from August 2020 to July 2023 were selected as research sub-jects.They were randomly divided into theobservation group(predictive nursing intervention,n=55)and the control group(routine nursing intervention,n=55).The intestinal function recovery time,hospital stay duration,negative emotions,health behavior capabilities,adverse reactions,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The intestinal function recovery time and hospital stay duration in the observation group were significant-ly shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.001).Before the intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in the three dimensions of negative emotions(DASS-21)and the four dimensions of health behavior(SRAHP)(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the scores for anxiety,depression,and stress in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.001),while the scores for health responsibility,psychological well-being,nutrition,and exercise in the observation groupwere significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.001).The complication rate in the observation group was 7.27％,which was lower than the complication rate(32.73％)in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention is ben-eficial for the recovery of intestinal function in patients after colorectal polypectomy,and it reduces hospital stay duration,improves negative emotions,and decreases complications of patients.
