Observation of the Effect of the Script Mode of Nursing Service of Liver Cancer Tumor Rupture and Hemorrhage,Pre-hospital Emergency Interventional Surgery
Objective To explore the application effectiveness of a nursing care script model in emergency interventional surgery for ruptured hepatocellular carcinoma bleeding. Methods 120 patients undergoing emer-gency interventional surgery for ruptured hepatocellular carcinoma bleeding from January 2021 to January 2024 at our hospital were selected.Patients were divided into the observation group(nursing care script model)and the con-trol group(routine care),with 60 patients in each group.Surgical outcomes, emotional distress, quality of life, and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.001).Prior to intervention, there were no significant differences between the observation and control groups in SAS and SDS scores,as well as scores for psychological, emotional, physiological, and social functioning(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in the observa-tion group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001),and the scores in all four dimensions of quality of life were significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.001).Pa-tient satisfaction in the observation group was 96.67%(58/60),significantly higher than that(80.00%,48/60)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting a nursing care script model in emergency interventional surgery for ruptured hepatocellular carcinoma bleeding effectively reduces intraoperative blood loss, improves nursing sat-isfaction,and facilitates postoperative recovery for patients.
