摘要
目的 分析中医针灸联合非甾体抗炎药对寒湿痹阻型肩周炎的临床疗效.方法 选取2022年5月至2024年5月从江县中医医院收治的80例寒湿痹阻型肩周炎患者,根据治疗手段的不同分为研究组和对照组,各40例.比较两组患者中医证候积分、肩功能评分及临床疗效.结果 治疗前,两组患者关节疼痛、关节肿胀、关节沉重、关节畏寒积分比较无显著差异(P＞0.05);治疗后,上述积分均下降(P＜0.05),研究组患者关节疼痛、关节肿胀、关节沉重、关节畏寒积分显著低于对照组(P＜0.001).治疗前,两组患者ROM、ADL、MMT评分比较无显著差异(P＞0.05);治疗后,肩功能评分均升高(P＜0.05),研究组患者ROM、ADL、MMT评分显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).研究组患者临床有效率为95.00％,显著高于对照组的70.00％(P=0.008).结论 针灸可显著改善肩周炎临床症状,促进关节功能恢复,临床效率确切.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of TCM acupuncture combined with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on cold-damp obstruction typefrozen shoulder.Methods 80 patients with cold-damp obstruction typefrozen shoulder who were admitted to Jiangxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2022.05 to 2024.05 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The TCM syndrome score,shoulder function score,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of joint pain,joint swelling,joint heav-iness,and joint chill intolerance between the two groups(P＞0.05),and after treatment,the scores decreased(P＜0.05),while the scores of joint pain,joint swelling,heaviness and joint chills in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.001).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ROM,ADL,and MMT scores between the two groups(P＞0.05),and after treatment,the shoulder function scores were increased(P＜0.05),whilethe ROM,ADL and MMT scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the con-trol group(P＜0.05).The clinical response rate of the study group was 95.00％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00％)(P=0.008).Conclusion Acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of frozen shoulder and promote the recovery of joint function.
