摘要
目的 探索急诊预检分诊系统对急诊就医流程的影响.方法 选取2023年6月至2023年12月上海市宝山区中西医结合医院收治的100例急诊患者,根据急诊预检分诊系统应用前、后分为对照组和观察组.比较两组的分诊相关指标、医护人员满意度.结果 观察组评估用时、挂号用时、分诊用时均显著短于对照组(P＜0.001);观察组患者全部分诊准确率(100.00％)显著高于对照组分诊准确(90.00％)(P＜0.05).预检分诊应用前,两组医护人员对就诊流程的便捷性、有序性、优先性、准确性、患者依从性的满意度评分上均无显著差异(P＞0.05);应用后,观察组医护人员对就诊流程的便捷性、有序性、优先性、准确性、患者依从性及满意度评分上均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 急诊预检分诊系统可有效缩短患者评估、挂号、分诊用时,提高急诊分诊准确率和医护人员的满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of an emergency triage system on the medical treatment pro-cess.Methods 100 emergency patients who visited Shanghai Baoshan District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine between June 2023 and December 2023 were randomly selected as study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group based on whether the emergency triage system was applied.Triage-related indicators and healthcare staff satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had significantly shorter times for assessment,registration,and triage compared to the control group(P＜0.001).All patients in the observation group were triaged accurately(100.00％),which was significantly better than the accuracy rate in the control group(90.00％)(P＜0.05).Before the implemen-tation of the triage system,there were no significant differences in satisfaction scores regarding the convenience,orderliness,priority,accuracy,and patient compliance with the treatment process between the two groups(P＞0.05).After the system was implemented,satisfaction scores in all aspects improved in both groups,with the observation group showing significantly higher scores for convenience,orderliness,priority,accuracy,patient compliance,and overall satisfaction compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The emergency triage system effective-ly shortens the time for patient assessment,registration,and triage,enhances triage accuracy,and improves health-care staff satisfaction.
