摘要
目的 探索对于急性缺血性脑卒中伴偏瘫患者,采取早期精准化运动康复的效果.方法 将2023年1月至2023年12月在黄河三门峡医院就诊的178例急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者,根据康复方式的不同,分为观察组(采用早期精准化康复模式)与对照组(采用常规康复模式),每组各89例.比较两组患者运动能力、生活能力、膝关节和髋关节屈曲伸展活动度、神经功能、希望水平及细胞因子水平.结果 干预前,两组患者运动和生活能力评分、膝关节和髋关节屈曲伸展活动度、神经功能、希望水平和细胞因子水平均无显著差异(P＞0.05);干预后,两组患者以上指标均改善(P＜0.05),且观察组运动和生活能力评分、膝关节和髋关节屈曲伸展活动度、神经功能、希望水平和细胞因子水平均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 早期精准化康复可改善急性缺血性脑卒中伴偏瘫患者的运动能力、生活能力、膝关节和髋关节屈曲伸展活动度、神经功能、希望水平及调节神经损伤相关细胞因子水平.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of early precise rehabilitation on patients with ischemic stroke accompanied by hemiplegia.Methods 178 patients with acute ischemic stroke and hemiplegia who visited the Yellow River Sanmenxia Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into two groups based on the rehabilitation methods.The motor ability,daily living ability,knee and hip flexion-extension range of motion,neurological function,hope level,and cytokine levels were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of motor and daily living ability scores,knee and hip flexion-extension range of motion,neurological function scores,hope level scores,and cytokine levels(P＞0.05).After the intervention,all the above indicators improved in both groups(P＜0.05);the observation group showed significantly higher scores in motor and daily living abilities,neurological function,and hope levels compared to the control group(P＜0.05);the knee and hip flexion-extension range of motion in the ob-servation group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05);cytokine levels in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Early precise rehabilitation can improve motor ability,daily living ability,knee and hip flexion-extension range of motion,neurological func-tion,hope levels,and regulate levels of cytokines related to neurological injury in patients with stroke accompanied by hemiplegia.
