摘要

随着我国紧急医学救援体系的不断发展,在硬件设施不断完善的同时,紧急医学救援队内人员的培训也需要同步跟进.但目前无标准化的培训体系,队员对培训的需求也不尽相同.笔者通过问卷形式,收集了队员对培训内容、形式、时间及频率等的需求,分析了不同岗位及职称队员需要的差异性.使得能更好的制定培训计划,建立规范化的培训体系,提高队员的理论和实战能力.

Abstract

With the continuous development of China's emergency medical rescue system and the continuous improvement of hardware facilities,the training of personnel within the emergency medical rescue team also needs to be synchronized and followed up.But currently there is no standardized training system,and team members have different training needs.The author collected the needs of team members for training content,format,time,and frequency through a questionnaire,and analyzed the differences in the needs of team members in different positions and professional titles.Enable better development of training plans,establishment of standardized training systems,and improvement of team members'theoretical and practical abilities.
