Objective To construct a scientific and effective quality evaluation system tailored to reflects the characteristics of emergency severe trauma subspecialty nursing,providing a theoretical basis for assessing the quality of care in this field. Methods Based on the three-dimensional quality structure model,combined with literature review,Delphi method,and internal discussions,an evaluation system for the quality of emergency severe trauma subspecialty nursing was constructed,and the weights of the indicators were calculated. Results The fi-nal quality evaluation system for emergency severe trauma subspecialty nursing includes three primary indicators,ten secondary indicators,and forty-one tertiary indicators. The familiarity coefficient of experts after two rounds of consultation was 0.94,the judgment basis coefficient was 0.92,and the authority coefficient was 0.91. Conclu-sion The constructed quality evaluation system for emergency severe trauma subspecialty nursing is scientifically sound and reliable. It contributes to the standardization of trauma nursing and provides a reference for improving the quality of care for trauma patients.
