武器装备需求论证基本概念研究

摘要
从理论研究和实际工作出发,分析了军事需求基本内涵,构建了型号需求表述空间,归纳了装备需求主要特点。提出广义和狭义的装备需求论证概念,重点从内涵和外延两方面辨析了狭义的装备需求论证。横向上,按照武器装备论证、武器装备发展论证、武器装备作战需求论证、武器装备军事需求论证以及武器装备需求论证的不同类型展开概念分析,对不同概念的主要观点进行归纳和提炼;纵向上,按照宏观综合论证、型号论证和专题论证的不同层次展开关系分析,对不同层面下的各种概念进行关联和对比;在分类和分层对比的基础上,构建概念综合比较矩阵,有助于直观、形象地展示武器装备需求论证有关概念及其相互关系。
Abstract
From the point of theoretical study and practical work,fundamental meaning of military requirement is analyzed,type demand description space is constructed and main characteristics of equipment requirements are summarized.General and narrow conception of armament requirement demonstration is advanced and the narrow sense of equipment requirement demonstration from the connotation and extension is emphatically discriminated.The conception of armament demonstration,armament development demonstration,armament operational requirement demonstration,armament military requirement demonstration and armament requirement demonstration are analyzed breadthwise according to different sorts,main viewpoint of the different conception is concluded and abstracted.The relationship of macro-integration demonstration,type demonstration and topic demonstration are analyzed lengthwise according to different level,besides each conception under the different level is associated and contrasted.On the basis of classification and layered comparation,the conception comprehensive comparative matrix is built,so as to demonstrate vividly and intuitively the involved conception of armament demand and its correlation.
