Starting from the influencing factors of the equipment allocation of the troops, this paper analyzes the influence of the military organization, mission requirements and joint operational requirements on the equipment allocation. Then, it brings a new process of equipment allocation flow with three side cooperation of expert, troops and organ that experts set standard, troops report demand, and organs confirm formation so that it can give full play to the advantages of the three and improve the scientificity of equipment allocation. Lastly, in view of the main point of equipment allocation standard, it gives the methods of combing the practice data of equipment with the analysis of equipment performance, and calculating the equipment allocation standard through model system, studies the equipment allocation standard under the new system and provides a reference for the scientificity of the army equipment allocation standard.
