The influence factors of spontaneous pregnancy in patients with endometrial polyp after hysteroscopic operation
Objective To observe the independent risk factors affecting the postoperative clinical outcome of patients with endometrial polyps by hysteroscopic minimally invasive electroresection. Methods 98 patients with endometrial polyps who underwent hysteroscopic resection were se-lected as the study objects.According to the pregnancy status within 1 year, they were divided into non-pregnant group and pregnant group. The gen-eral clinical data were analyzed by single factor, the multivariate analysis of clinical outcome after hysteroscopic operation of endometrial polyps was evaluated by Logistic regression model, and the efficacy analysis of relevant indicators on prognosis after hysteroscopic operation of endometrial polyps was evaluated by ROC curve. Results There were 67 pregnant patients and 31 non-pregnant patients 1 year after operation.Single factor results showed that age, polyp diameter, number of polyps, estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor expression levels were related to the clinical outcome of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic surgery(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that age≥35 years old, polyp diameter≥10 mm,large num-ber of polyps, unbalanced expression of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor were independent risk factors for clinical outcomes of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic surgery(P<0.05).According to the clinicopathological results,age≥35 years, polyp diameter≥10 mm,polyp number and combined prediction had certain efficacy on the prognosis of patients, and the combined prediction had the highest efficacy(AUC =0.858).Conclusion Age≥35 years, polyp diameter≥10 mm,large number of polyps, unbalanced expression of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor are independent risk factors for clinical outcomes of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic surgery.
