Diagnostic value of MRKH syndrome by ultrasonography in different ways
Objective To analyze and summarize the ultrasonographic characteristics of MRKH(Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser Syn-drome),and to explore the value of different ultrasonography methods, including transabdominal ultrasonography, vaginal probe transrectal ultrasonog-raphy and transperineal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of MRKH syndrome. Methods 30 patients with MRKH syndrome were reviewed, and the detection rates of the characteristic manifestations of MRKH syndrome by transabdominal ultrasonography, transrectal ultrasonography with vaginal probe and transperineal ultrasonography were compared and analyzed.Fisher precision test was used, and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transrectal and transperineal ultrasonography was significantly higher than any of them. Conclusion The ultrasonography of MRKH syndrome has a high specificity, and the combined applica-tion of transabdominal ultrasonography and vaginal probe transrectal and transperineal ultrasonography has a high sensitivity for the diagnosis of MRKH syndrome, which is another gold standard according to our country.
