Analysis of the effect of reducing tension and protecting perineum operation on dystocia of parturient with vaginal delivery
Objective To investigate the effect of reducing tension and protecting perineum operation on dystocia of parturients in vaginal delivery. Methods Clinical data of 146 cases of dystocia parturients who underwent vaginal delivery in our hospital from July 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different perineal protection methods, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 73 cases respectively. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional perineal protection, and in the observation group were treated with tensioning perineal protection. After 6 months of follow-up,perineal injury, perineal pain, neonatal condition, maternal condition and sex-ual function 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results The perineal lateral incision and VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal complications and maternal complications in the ob-servation group were 4.11% and 9.59%,which were significantly lower than 15.07% and 23.29% in the control group(P<0.05).6 months after surgery, the sexual desire, sexual behavior, sexual life quality and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of reduction and protection of perineum operation in the dystocia of vaginal delivery can effectively improve the perineal injury and pain, reduce the incidence of neonatal and maternal complications, and also improve the status of maternal sexual function.
