摘要

目的 探讨冠心宁片对脑出血患者脑心综合征的疗效.方法 回顾性分析 2023 年 1 月至 2023 年 12 月绍兴市中心医院符合纳入、排除标准的脑心综合征患者的病例资料,对照组接受脑出血常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上接受冠心宁片治疗,并在入院后第 1 天、第 30 天采用心肌酶谱、心电图及心脏超声评估心脏功能.结果 共纳入 94 例患者,试验组可有效改善T波改变、ST段改变及房颤,改善CK-MB、LDH增高(P<0.05).结论 冠心宁片可能有助于治疗脑出血后脑心综合征,改善心律失常、心肌损伤.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Guanxinning tablets on cerebral-cardiac syndrome in patients with intracere-bral hemorrhage.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the medical records of patients with cerebral-cardiac syndrome who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023.The control group received standard treatment for intracerebral hemorrhage,while the experimental group received Guanxinning tablets.Cardiac function was assessed using myocardial enzymes,electrocardiogram,and echocardiography on the first and 30th days following hospital admission.Results A total of 94 patients were included in the study.The ex-perimental group demonstrated significant improvements in T wave changes,ST segment changes,atrial fibrillation,as well as elevations in creatine ki-nase isoenzyme and lactate dehydrogenase levels(P<0.05).Conclusion Guanxinning tablets may be effective in treating cerebral-cardiac syndrome following intracerebral hemorrhage,particularly in improving arrhythmia and myocardial injury.
