Study on risk factors of infant developmental hip dysplasia
Objective To explore the risk factors of infant developmental hip dysplasia(DDH).Methods The medical records of 166 in-fants with suspected DDH admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed, and different imaging examina-tions were selected according to different months of age:Graf ultrasound examination was performed for infants aged 0-6 months.Infants≥7months old were examined by X-ray.According to the imaging diagnosis results, the study subjects were divided into positive and negative hip dysplasia groups, including 73 cases in the positive group and 93 cases in the negative group. The data of children in the two groups were collected, and multi-variate generalized linear regression analysis(Logistic)was used to analyze the risk factors of DDH in infants and young children. Results Gender, family genetic history, breech position, amniotic fluid volume<300 mL,first birth, multiple births, traditional swabling, first examination month age,hip joint bouncing, muscular torticolis cases in positive group were higher than those in negative group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Multi-variate Logistic analysis showed that female, family genetic history, breech position, amniotic fluid volume<300 mL,first birth, multiple birth,tradi-tional swabling history, age ≥3 months at first examination, hip clank, muscular torticular neck were the risk factors for DDH in infants and young children(P<0.05).Conclusion Female, family genetic history, breech position, amniotic fluid volume<300 mL,first birth, multiple birth, history of traditional swaddling, age ≥3 months at first examination, hip clank, and muscular torticollis are risk factors for DDH in infants and young children, which is helpful to provide reference for early prevention and intervention measures of DDH in infants and young children.
