Effect evaluation of plastic breast conserving surgery in the treatment of early triple negative breast cancer
Objective To analyze the effect of plastic breast-conserving surgery in the treatment of early triple negative breast cancer.Methods The clinical data of 89 patients with early triple negative breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into the control group(45 cases)treated with conventional breast-conserving surgery and the research group(44 cases)treated with plastic breast-conserving surgery.Both groups were followed up for 2 year after operation.The operation-related parame-ters,the levels of serum YKL-40,TGF-β,CA153,(before and 6 months after operation),incidence of complications(during hospitalization),survival,recurrence,metastasis and breast beauty(2 years after operation)were compared between the two groups.Results The volume of excised specimens of the research group was larger,the operation time and surgical margin of excision specimen(minimum and maximum)of the research group were longer,and the hospitalization time of the research group was shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group and the research group,the levels of serum YKL-40,TGF-β,CA153 of the two groups decreased(6 months after operation compared with before opera-tion)(P＜0.05).2 years after operation,compared with the control group and the research group,the overall excellent and good rate of the latter was higher than that of the former(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional breast-conserving surgery,the application of plastic breast-con-serving surgery in patients with early triple-negative breast cancer can not only ensure the tumor control effect,but also improve the beauty of breast.
