Study on the application of neuromuscular joint promotion technique after arthroscopy for rotator cuff injury
Objective To observe the effect of neuromuscular joint promotion technique(NJF)after arthroscopy for rotator cuff injury.Methods From January 2023 to December 2023,94 patients with rotator cuff injury admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and research group by random number table,47 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given routine rehabilitation treatment,and in research group were given routine rehabilitation treatment combined with NJF treatment.The Constant-Murley score and shoulder range of motion were compared between the two groups before and 12 weeks after operation.Results There was no difference in CMS score between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,CMS scores in both groups increased,and CMS scores in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the range of motion of shoulder joint between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the range of motion of shoulder joint in both groups increased,and the range of motion of shoulder joint in the research group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion NJF has a significant effect on the rehabilitation of rotator cuff injury after arthroscopy,which can improve the shoulder joint function and enhance the shoulder joint mobility.
