Effect of TU-SILS on postoperative pain and ovarian reserve function in patients with ovarian cyst
Objective To analyze the effect of non-access platform transumbilical single incision laparoscopy surgery (TU-SILS) without ac-cess platform on postoperative pain and ovarian reserve function in patients with ovarian cysts. Methods 108 cases of ovarian cyst were selected and analyzed retrospectively.According to different surgical methods, the patients were divided into TU-SILS group (n=55) and MPLS group (n=53).The surgical indexes of the two groups were observed.Visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the incision pain 24 hours after operation. The levels of serum estradiol (E2),luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after operation. The ovarian volume (OV) and the number of antral follicles (AFC) were compared between the two groups before and 1 month after operation. The aesthetic satisfaction of incision in the two groups was recorded 2 months after operation. Results The postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in TU-SILS group were shorter than those in MPLS group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in MPLS group, and the postoperative VAS score was lower than that in MPLS group (P<0.05).3 months after operation, the level of E2 in TU-SILS group was lower than that in MPLS group, and the levels of LH and FSH were higher than that in MPLS group (P<0.05).1 months after opera-tion,AFC in the two groups was lower than that before operation, but it was higher in TU-SILS group than in MPLS group (P<0.05).The satisfaction score of TU-SILS group was higher than that of MPLS group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with MPLS,TU-SILS can reduce the amount of bleeding in patients with ovarian cysts, reduce postoperative pain, promote the recovery of postoperative reproductive hormone levels, and reduce the impact on ovarian reserve function, and the wound is beautiful, which is worth popularizing.
