摘要

针对混合级联特高压直流输电系统的逆变站,基于其一次拓扑结构,按照保护无死区、故障易定位的原则,结合测量互感器的安装位置,提出了保护的分区建议和配置方案.根据逆变站故障发生的位置及严重程度,以快速切除故障、减少停运范围为目标,提出包括LCC(电网换相换流器)闭锁、单MMC(模块化多电平换流器)闭锁、MMC整体闭锁、顺序极闭锁和分步极闭锁的分级闭锁策略.以白鹤滩-江苏混合级联特高压直流输电工程实际的控制保护装置和按照工程成套参数建立的RTDS(实时仿真系统)模型组建了实时闭环仿真系统,通过仿真验证了所提保护方案和闭锁策略的可行性和有效性.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the inverter station of ultra-high voltage direct current(UHVDC)transmission sys-tem with a hybrid cascaded structure.Based on its primary topological structure,adhering to the principles of protec-tion without dead zones and easy fault location,and considering the installation position of measurement transform-ers,a protection partition suggestion and configuration plan are proposed.According to the location and severity of faults in inverter station,hierarchical block strategies including line-commutated converter(LCC)block,single modular multilevel converter(MMC)block,overall MMC block,sequential pole block,and step pole block are proposed,aiming to quickly eliminate faults and reduce the outage range.Finally,a real-time closed-loop simula-tion system is established based on the actual control and protection devices of the Baihetan-Jiangsu hybrid cas-caded UHVDC transmission project and a real-time digital simulation(RTDS)model established according to the complete set of engineering parameters.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed protection scheme and block strategies are verified through simulation.
