How does the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council Promote the Deep Integration of Industry and Education:Durkheim's Perspective on Social Integration of Corporation
The Hong Kong Vocational Training Council implements corporation governance structure,and achieves a high degree of integration of the main forces of vocational education in Hong Kong through the use of the Vocational Training Council as an intermediary organization between government and schools,the implementation of the council system,and the establishment of a mature industry liaison mechanism,thereby promoting the organic integration of Hong Kong vocational education funds,talents,technology and policies.Mainland China can critically learn from and absorb the typical experience of the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council in integrating the main force of vocational education to promote the in-depth integration of industry and education,and promote the in-depth and sustainable development of the integration of industry and education in vocational education by establishing a work coordination mechanism suitable for the deep integration of industry and education,building and improving a pluralistic governance system suitable for the deep integration of industry and education,and creating an institutional environment suitable for the in-depth participation of all subjects of vocational education in the integration of industry and education.
