Compared with the proactive and positive cooperation between schools and enterprises in Germany in dual-subject education,as well as the coherence between teaching and training,vocational education in China demonstrates insufficient emphasis on the subjectivity of enterprise participation and presents challenges in achieving a tight integration between work and learning domains in school-enterprise cooperation.In order to promote the deepening development of modern vocational education from integration of production and education towards higher quality in school-enterprise cooperation,this study conducts a comparative analysis of the differences in the implementation motivation,operation,and guarantee mechanisms of dual-subject education in Sino-German vocational education.It delves into the deeper reasons such as weak awareness of enterprise participation,limited participation factors,and inadequate legal protection system in the enterprise's position in vocational education,and then explores improvement strategies for the role of enterprises in vocational education in China,aiming to comprehensively implement a practical path for deep integration of production and education.
