Based on the theory of multi-source flow,this paper analyzes the evolution process of China's vocational education master's policy and finds that it has achieved the coupling of the three sources of flow under the promotion of the policy community,and has gone through three stages of evolution successively:the first stage of vocational education development mainly focuses on secondary vocational education,and the development of vocational education master's is in the incubation period;The second stage of vocational education with a master's degree has been officially established,and the development has entered the initial stage;In the third stage,relevant policy documents have appeared frequently,and vocational education programs have experienced rapid development.Analysis shows that the development of vocational education master's practical ability is an important challenge currently faced.It should be cultivated from four perspectives:collaborative cultivation of multiple subjects,interaction and integration of vocational schools and enterprises,systematic practical activities of"job course certification competition",and establishment of a diverse evaluation system.
