Undergraduate vocational education is a result of the reform and development of vocational education,a necessary requirement for high-quality economic and social development,and an effective path to meet people's pursuit of high-level vocational education.The pilot vocational education undergraduate talent cultivation in vocational colleges is an objective need to serve the national development strategy,enhance the social influence of vocational education,and explore new vocational talent cultivation models.However,due to the influence and constraints of government,society,and schools,high-quality pilot vocational education undergraduate education in vocational colleges faces many practical difficulties at both macro and micro levels.In this regard,it is necessary to improve the construction of the policy system and enhance the effectiveness of policy resource supply;Guide society to establish correct vocational education concepts and enhance the social status of vocational college students;Deepen the collaborative education between industry and education,and build a community with a shared future for school enterprise education;Clarify quality objectives and strengthen the development of professional characteristics;Scientific planning of internal top-level design,efficient use of educational resources;Establish a mechanism for teacher selection and training,and comprehensively enhance overall scientific research capabilities.
