In the context of high-quality development of vocational education,it is urgent to build a high-quality team of vocational education teachers.The construction of a high-quality vocational education teacher team highly relies on the institutionalized activity of teacher enterprise practice.Although a series of teacher enterprise practice policies have been introduced at the national level,they have encountered implementation difficulties in reality.Research has found that the contradiction between the recognition of professional development value and actual value makes it difficult for teachers'corporate practices to be internalized;The contradiction between the mismatch between teachers'in-depth practice and the acquisition of professional resources makes it difficult for teacher enterprise practice to be externalized.On the one hand,it is necessary to comprehensively improve the quality of teacher enterprise practice activities themselves and enhance the promoting effect of enterprise practice on teacher professional development.On the other hand,it is necessary to strengthen the organizational support at the school level for teacher enterprise practice,in order to meet the needs of teachers to obtain professional resources through enterprise practice.
