摘要

多元主体参与、多样利益诉求、多维跨界合作,决定了职业教育产教融合中必然发生文化冲突.其主要表现在价值目标上短期私利与长远公利、基本认知上工具理性与价值理性、话语体系上边缘从属与核心主业、行动框架上即时需求与周期供给的冲突.但文化冲突并不只带来负面效应,其还能够推动职业教育的办学模式从单一合作走向多元协同、功能定位从人才培养走向要素保障、服务面向从模糊泛化走向精准聚焦、评价重点从质量生成走向贡献产出.职业教育产教融合的实践应以共同的价值愿景为统领,以积极的供需适配为中心,以充分的利益关切为保障,加以调适并推动文化冲突走向文化融合.

Abstract

The involvement of multiple stakeholders,diverse interest demands,and multidimensional cross-sector cooperation determine that cultural conflicts will inevitably arise in the integration of vocational education and industry.These conflicts primarily manifest in the opposition between short-term self-interest and long-term public benefit in value goals,between instrumental rationality and value rationality in basic cognition,between peripheral subordination and core business in discourse systems,and between immediate needs and cyclical supply in action frameworks.However,cultural conflicts do not merely bring negative effects;they can also promote the transformation of vocational education's operational model from single collaboration to diversified synergy,its functional orientation from talent cultivation to factor support,its service direction from vague generalization to precise focus,and its evaluation emphasis from quality generation to contribution output.In the practice of integrating vocational education and industry,adjustments should be made by leading with a shared value vision,centering on active supply-demand adaptation,and ensuring adequate interest concerns,to facilitate the evolution from cultural conflict to cultural convergence.
