摘要
技能型社会建设是国家战略规划,是需要全社会共同协作的系统工程.职业院校在服务技能型社会建设中既发挥着重要生力军的作用,同时在人才培养上也具有诸多溢出效应.依托人才培养、资源和机制三大优势,职业院校已经在技能型社会建设中作出了卓有成效的贡献.但囿于观念、体制机制、师资队伍、技能人才培养、职业教育资源等方面由潜能转向实然的挑战,职业院校在技能型社会建设中也出现了诸多"不能".职业院校应实施软硬兼备的学校发展、主动联结的社会互动双轮策略,从而在技能型社会建设中发挥引领作用.
Abstract
The construction of a skilled society is a national strategic plan and a systematic project that requires the joint cooperation of the whole society.Vocational colleges not only play an important role as a driving force in the construction of a service-oriented and skilled society,but also have many spillover effects in talent cultivation.Relying on the three major advantages of talent cultivation,resources,and mechanisms,vocational colleges have made remarkable contributions to the construction of a skilled society.However,due to the challenges of shifting from potential to reality in terms of concepts,institutional mechanisms,teaching staff,skilled talent cultivation,and vocational education resources,vocational colleges have also encountered many"impossibilities"in the construction of a skilled society.Vocational colleges should implement a dual wheel strategy of school development that combines both software and hardware,and active social interaction to play a leading role in the construction of a skilled society.
