Perspective on the Current Situation and Problems in the Cultivation and Construction of Enterprises with Integration of Production and Education—A Case Study of City C in the Yangtze River Delta Region
The cultivation and construction of production-education integrated enterprises is related to the promotion of high-quality personnel training process.Sustainable integration of production and education at the enterprise level can promote the development of organic coupling of talent chain,industrial chain and innovation chain.Taking C City,an industrial city in the Yangtze River Delta region as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation and construction of enterprises with integrated production and education through field interviews,and forms a three-level code.It is found that enterprises have common characteristics in participation motivation and goal planning,that is,the pursuit of win-win through hierarchical layout,differences in practice mode and responsibility,and flexible participation based on the main business adjustment structure.At the same time,the development dilemma of production-education integrated enterprises is mainly reflected in the disconnection of manpower reserves,the cooperation game between schools and enterprises,and the expectation of the effect of policies.To promote the in-depth participation of enterprises with integration of production and education in school-enterprise cooperation,the following suggestions should be put forward:pay attention to the balance of cost and benefit,mobilize long-term incentive management;Actively respond to transformation and upgrading,and build evaluation benchmarking system;Build a strong combination of production and education to form a multi-chain coupling mechanism.
