摘要
乡土人才作为"有根的乡村振兴工作队",是乡村振兴战略顺利实施的重要人力资源保障.文章立足乡村全面振兴发展战略要求,深刻剖析乡土人才流动规律,探究乡土人才回流的激励机制,厘清职业教育赋能乡土人才回流、促进乡村振兴的理论逻辑和实践路径,进而为促进乡土人才回流助力实现乡村人才振兴,实现乡村高质量振兴提供政策建议.
Abstract
Rural talents,serving as the"rooted rural revitalization workforce",constitute a crucial human resource guarantee for the smooth implementation of rural revitalization strategies.Based on the comprehensive rural revitalization development strategy,this paper deeply analyzes the mobility patterns of rural talents,explores the incentive mechanisms for their return,clarifies the theoretical logic and practical pathways through which vocational education enables the return of rural talents and promotes rural revitalization,and subsequently provides policy recommendations to facilitate the return of rural talents,thereby contributing to the revitalization of rural talents and achieving high-quality rural revitalization.
