摘要
构建新质生产力背景下高职"双师型"教师队伍建设,可以优化"双师型"教师队伍供给资源配置,完善科技发展与师资队伍体系构建、加快产业升级与产教融合发展,以及实现职业人才培养适应性与职业需求发展.构建新质生产力背景下高职"双师型"教师队伍建设的行动要素包括建设的目标、建设的主客体要素,此外还包括各个要素新质生产力互动的行动框架.在高职"双师型"教师队伍建设过程中,要激活高职"双师型"教师内外行动力的自我实现动力源泉;强化新质生产力为指引的高职"双师型"教师校企合作平台建设的适应性,实现共建共享;在拓展高职"双师型"教师队伍建设的实践领域基础上树立教师新质生产力教学理念;规范高职"双师型"教师队伍建设与新质生产力良性循环的生态机制.
Abstract
Constructing the"dual-qualified"teacher team in higher vocational education under the background of new-quality productivity can optimize the allocation of resources for the"dual-qualified"teacher team,improve the system construction of technological development and teaching staff,accelerate industrial upgrading and the integration of industry and education,and achieve the adaptability of vocational talent training to the development of professional demands.The action elements for constructing the"dual-qualified"teacher team in higher vocational education under this background include the objectives and the subjective and objective elements of the construction,as well as the action framework for the interaction among various elements and new-quality productivity.In the process of constructing the"dual-qualified"teacher team in higher vocational education,it is necessary to activate the self-realization motivation source of internal and external action forces for"dual-qualified"teachers;strengthen the adaptability of the school-enterprise cooperation platform construction for"dual-qualified"teachers in higher vocational education guided by new-quality productivity to achieve co-construction and sharing;establish a teaching concept of new-quality productivity for teachers based on expanding the practical fields of constructing the"dual-qualified"teacher team in higher vocational education;and standardize the ecological mechanism for a virtuous cycle between constructing the"dual-qualified"teacher team in higher vocational education and new-quality productivity.
