Characterization Analysis of Implicit Psychological Trauma of Victims of Telecom and Online Fraud and Path Research on Remediation——Based on the Qualitative Analysis with NVivo of Interview Materials of 51 Victims
Telecom and Online Fraud can cause psychological trauma that may not be immediately apparent.This trauma can manifest during the victim's psychological recovery process after being deceived.Conducting qualitative research on the implicit psychological trauma experienced by victims of telecommunications network fraud crimes is crucial.This research aims to clarify the psychological manifestations that occur after the victim is deceived and to actively repair the victim's psychology.The ultimate goal is to promote the recovery of losses and improve the credibility of law enforcement and judicial organs.NVivo12,a qualitative research software,was used to analyze the interview materials of 51 victims of telecommunications network fraud crimes.The study found that victims experience various psychological manifestations after being deceived,including depression,trauma stress,grumpy resentment,and'evil inversion'psychology.Therefore,it is important to prioritise the psychological well-being of victims and remain vigilant against retaliatory crimes.This can be achieved by improving communication and the effectiveness of recovering stolen goods and damages,perfecting relief assistance,and creating a platform for confidential exchanges.It is also crucial to emphasise collaborative efforts in repairing the damage caused by multiple parties and expanding diverse relief options.By doing so,the hidden psychological damage suffered by victims can be actively addressed.
