新时代"枫桥经验"是根植于本土现实的"中国样本",可以为全球治理贡献的"中国智慧".新时代"枫桥经验"的国际传播应以人类命运共同体塑造共同价值,以总体国家安全观升级安全治理,坚定文化自信,依托技术赋能,探索路径创新,从而提升"中国方案"的国际认可度,完善全球治理体系.在"一带一路"倡议中,新时代"枫桥经验"理应作为中国参与全球治理的公共产品之一,彰显文化自信,推动共建共享,为世界发展和人类进步作出应有的贡献.
Abstract
The"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era is a"Chinese Model"deeply rooted in local realities,which can contribute"Chinese wisdom"to global governance.The international dissemination of the"Fengqiao Experience"should shape common values within the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,upgrade security governance through a comprehensive national security perspective,reinforce cultural confidence,leverage technological empowerment,and explore innovative pathways,so as to enhance the international recognition of the"Chinese solution"and improve the global governance system.Within the context of the"Belt and Road"initiative,the"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era should serve as one of China's public goods for participating in global governance,demonstrating cultural confidence,promoting a shared security pattern,and making contributions to global development and human progress.
