基于新发展理念的平安建设指数构建研究

摘要
加强平安建设是实现人民安居乐业和国家昌盛的重要保障.其中,构建一套科学、合理的平安建设指数对于全面衡量各地平安建设成效,切实推进高水平平安中国建设具有重要意义.以平安建设和新发展理念内涵分析为基础,将新发展理念融入平安建设指数设计之中,构建包含5 个一级指标、20 个二级指标、63 个三级指标和89 个四级指标的平安建设指数,为全面评估平安建设成效提供理论支持.
Abstract
Strengthening peace and security construction is an important guarantee for realizing the people's well-being and the nation's prosperity.Among them,constructing a scientific and reasonable peace and security index is of great significance for comprehensively measuring the effectiveness of local peace and security construction and effectively promoting the high-level development of a peaceful China.Based on the analysis of the connotation of peace and security construction and the new development concept,this study integrates the new development concept into the design of the peace and security index,constructing a peace and security index that includes 5 primary indicators,20 secondary indicators,63 tertiary indicators,and 89 quaternary indicators,providing theoretical support for the comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of peace and security construction.
