As a cornerstone of social governance,peacebuilding has been widely studied by scholars in terms of its foundational background,connotation,practical effectiveness and relationship with other governance concepts.However,the existing studies have rarely analyzed in depth the implementation of peace building in specific areas.The reform of administrative law enforcement system,as an important interface of the rule of law system,is not only closely intertwined with the construction of peace at the theoretical and practical levels,but also has a systemic effect of"pulling one hair and affecting the whole body"on the promotion of the construction of peace.Combined with the analysis of the local practical experience of Zhejiang Province,the reform of the administrative law enforcement system through horizontal centralization,vertical sinking,process advancement,organizational transformation,digital empowerment and other strategies,for the construction of peace,provides a strong governance mechanism and institutional safeguards.These successful experience strategies not only provide effective guidance for the concrete development of the construction of Peaceful Zhejiang,but also provide lessons and references for other regions and even the construction of Peaceful China.
