In recent years,with the explosive development of algorithms and computing power,artificial intelligence technology has evolved rapidly,especially since the end of 2022,generative AI has emerged as a strong contender,with AI gradually transitioning from"weak"to"strong",progressing towards general artificial intelligence.The goal of the"Smart Public Security"construction of public security organs is to promote police work from early warning to prediction and achieve intelligent wisdom,and self-learning and iteratively upgradeable AI technology is the key to driving this process.However,in actual operations,AI technology is often only used as a local highlight,lacking overall consideration and in-depth expansion,especially the exploration and practice of new-generation AI technology still lacks systematic summary.To address this,Yueqing Public Security,under the overall framework requirements of the higher-level"Smart Public Security"construction,has sorted out and analyzed the challenges and dilemmas of AI technology in the construction of"smart Public Security"at the county level.It has made practical explorations in building an AI ecosystem,optimizing the basic structural system and exploring AI models,proposing countermeasures and suggestions with more global reference value,and reshaping the application paradigm of AI technology in the construction of"Smart Public Security".
