Community is an important window through which to observe the construction of grassroots security in cities in the new era.In the process of implementing the strategy of building a peaceful China,grassroots communities,especially urban communities,face the fundamental contradiction between the demonstration of technological capabilities and the realization of their broad application prospects.In the current practice of police digital transformation in China,information retrieval applications are mostly used,and systematic solutions based on data prediction are still rare.In order to cross the"intermediate era",it is necessary to transform the value reference system of policing,build a data-driven team style and networked organizational structure,form a data-driven decision-making promotion mechanism,optimize the goal management system and digital resource management mode,incubate new models of digital public security.Thus,the combat effectiveness of public security organs can be continuously improved in the process of digital transformation of policing.
