摘要

通过裂解-气相色谱/质谱联用(Py-GC/MS)技术对聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)的裂解特征进行分析,提出了一种快速鉴别浆纱棉织物低含量PVA的方法,研究该方法的干扰因素和检出低限.结果表明:PVA在400 ℃下的裂解特征性较为显著,裂解产物含有乙醛、2,5-二氢呋喃、丁烯醛、3-戊-2-酮、2,4-己二烯醛、苯甲醛、苯乙酮、甲基苯甲醛和辛-2,4,6-三烯醛;结合质谱特征可从PVA浆纱棉织物的裂解总离子流图(TIC图)中鉴定乙醛、丁烯醛、2,4-己二烯醛和苯甲醛,以这4种产物为PVA的裂解特征即可快速鉴别PVA;而纯棉织物、淀粉、聚丙烯酸浆料、CMC和海藻酸钠的裂解TIC图中均未检测到上述4种产物,不会干扰该方法的结果.该方法无需样品前处理,具有快速、准确、灵敏等特点.

Abstract

The pyrolysis characteristics of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)were analyzed by pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(Py-GC/MS)technique,a rapid method for the identification of low levels of PVA in sizing cotton fabrics was proposed,and the interference factors and low detection limits of the method were investigated.The results show that pyrolyzation characteristics of PVA at 400 ℃ are distinct,and the pyrolyzates include acetaldehyde,2,5-dihydrofuran,butenal,3-penta-2-ketone,2,4-hexadienal,benzaldehyde,acetophenone,methyl benzaldehyde and octa-2,4,6-trienal.Acetaldehyde,butenal,2,4-hexadienal and benzaldehyde can be extracted and identified from pyrolytic total ion current(TIC)of the PVA sized cotton fabric by using their mass spectrum characteristics;PVA can be quickly identified using these four pyrolyzates as the pyrolytic characteristics of PVA.However,these four characteristic pyrolyzates are not detected in the pyrolytic TIC of the cotton fabric,starch,polyacrylic acid size,CMC and sodium alginate,which would not interfere with the results of this method.To sum up,this method is fast,accurate and sensitive without sample pretreatment.
