The arrival of the era of big data has exerted a huge impact on the traditional thinking mode of traditional procuratorial supervision.In the face of frequent false litigation cases in the new era,procuratorial organs should actively promote big data thinking to empower legal supervision,and promote big data technology to crack down on false litigation behavior by changing big data thinking.To ensure that the big data thinking effectively enables the supervision of false litigation cases,first,it is necessary to make clear the specific change mode of big data thinking on the basis of the supervision of similar cases;second,it is necessary to analyze such problems as"information island","scarcity of compound talent"and"big data thinking offside"with a combination of big data thinking and big data technology,and the reasons behind them by starting from the practice of supervision of false litigation cases;finally,it is necessary to solve the application problem of big data thinking in practice,further explore the deep value of big data thinking enabling procuratorial supervision,and improve the quality and effectiveness of the supervision of false litigation cases by starting from the three dimensions of data source expansion,talent introduction and thinking establishment.
