古籍中"沃"与"沷"讹混考
Investigating the confusion between"沃"and"沷"in Chinese ancient books

摘要
古籍中"沃"与"沷"时常讹混.通过对"沷"字进行溯源,以及对"沃"与"沷"不同的书写形体进行辨析,可知除了受构件俗变的影响外,两字的讹混还受"沷"字特殊来源的影响."沷"实际上是一个"经源字",本字作"冹",源自《诗经》.虽然该字所承载的意义和使用范围都极其有限,但因其出自儒家经典,所以被各大字书所收录,且在经文解说时常被提及,具有独特的传承方式.这种特殊的传承方式是导致"沃""沷"讹混的重要原因之一.这种现象在汉字演变史中具有特殊性,值得进一步探究.
Abstract
In Chinese ancient books,the characters"沃"and"沷"are often mistakenly confused.By tracing the origin of the character"沷"and distinguishing the different writing forms of"沃"and"沷",it can be known that the confusion between the two characters is not only influenced by the conventional changes in components but also by the special origin of the character"沷"."沷"is actually a"character derived from the classic of The Book of Songs",originally written as"冹".Although the meaning and usage of this character are extremely limited,it is included in various major dictionaries due to its origin from a Confucian classic and is frequently mentioned in interpreting the texts,indicating its unique way of transmission.This special mode of transmission is one of the important reasons for the confusion between"沃"and"沷".This phenomenon has special significance in the history of Chinese character evolution and is worthy of further exploration.
