基于数字化转型的学历继续教育教学模式改革与实践

摘要
在数字化转型发展大背景下,推进继续教育教学模式实现根本性变革是大势所趋和客观选择.教育主管部门对新时代学历继续教育规范发展提出明确指示和具体要求,为教学改革指明了方向.当前开展混合式教学模式改革面临着内涵不明确、制度不健全、平台功能低、师资力量弱、数字资源缺和保障体系不完善等现实问题.鉴于此,提出推进高校学历继续教育教学模式改革的有效策略:把握数字化转型特征,明确教学改革科学内涵;健全数字化制度体系,保障管理育人实际效果;完善数字化平台功能,加强课程教学过程管理;坚持数字化素养导向,强化师资队伍建设成效;构建数字化多元体系,优化网络课程资源配置;形成数字化管理闭环,发挥综合考核评价效能.
Abstract
In the context of digital transformation and development,it is an inevitable and an objective choice to promote fundamental changes in the teaching mode of continuing education.The education administration department has put forward clear instructions and specific requirements for the standardized development of continuing education for academic qualifications in the new era,pointing out the direction for teaching reform.The current reform of blended learning mode faces practical problems such as unclear connotation,incomplete system,low platform function,weak teaching staff,lack of digital resources,and imperfect guarantee system.To promote the reform of the teaching mode of continuing education for academic qualifications in universities,the study puts forward these effective strategies:grasping the characteristics of digital transformation to clarify the scientific connotation of teaching reform;improving the digital institutional system to ensure the actual effectiveness of management and education;improving the functions of digital platforms to strengthen the management of curriculum and teaching processes;adhering to the guidance of digital literacy to strengthen the effectiveness of teacher team construction;constructing a digital diversified system to optimize the allocation of online course resources;forming a digital management closed loop to play a comprehensive assessment and evaluation role.
