Century investigation and practical development of international communication of red discourse:Based on the analysis of the diplomatic work of leaders of the Communist Party of China
The red discourse in international communication is an important symbol to show the mission goals,political strategies and diplomatic style of the Communist Party of China(CPC),and an important carrier to spread the CPC's governance concepts and show China's great achievements in the new era.By analyzing the diplomatic work of the leaders of the CPC at different times,it is summarized that the core content of the international dissemination of the red discourse has gone through the process from pursuing and defending national independence,learning from the world and pursuing modernization,actively integrating into the world and advocating harmonious coexistence with the world,to building a community with a shared future for humanity and establishing a new type of international relations.It shows that the discourse content has changed from being political to being developmental,the discourse carrier has changed from being single to being diverse,the discourse system has changed from being dispersed to being systematic,and the discourse vision has changed from being local to being global.Under the new historical orientation,the CPC should resolutely safeguard national interests,promote major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics,actively participate in the reform and construction of the global governance system,and coordinate the domestic and international"two overall situations"to improve the international communication system of red discourse,and accelerate the construction of Chinese discourse and Chinese narrative system.
