摘要

数字教育资源服务是未来社区教育场景建设的重要内容.未来社区数字教育资源服务具有服务理念先进、服务对象多样化、服务基础非盈利化、服务过程个性化、服务载体平台化、服务结果精准化等特点.在公共物品理论视域下,未来社区数字教育资源服务供给模式是"需求驱动、数字赋能、政府引导、市场运作、居民自治".提升未来社区数字教育资源服务效能应处理好政府、市场和社区三者之间的关系,以及"有为"与"无为"、"自治"与"共治"、"供给"与"需求"三重关系.未来社区数字教育资源服务效能提升需要从政府、市场和社区三方主体进行改进,这对构建"终身学习"未来教育场景具有重要意义.

Abstract

Digital education resource service is an important part of future communities'education scene construction.The future communities'digital education resource service has the characteristics of advanced service concept,diversified service objects,non-profit service foundation,personalized service process,platform-based service carrier,and precise service results.From the perspective of public goods theory,the service supply mode of future communities'digital education resources is"demand-driven,digital empowerment,government guidance,market operation,and residents'autonomy".To improve the service efficiency of community digital education resources in the future,it is necessary to deal with the relationship among the government,the market and the community,as well as the triple relationships of"doing"and"non-doing","autonomy"and"co-governance",and"supply"and"demand".The improvement of service efficiency of future communities'digital education resources needs to be carried out from three types of subjects:government,market and community,which is of great significance to the construction of future education scenario of"lifelong learning".
