Weakening of grassroots Party organization in the new era:Manifestations,causes and countermeasures
Strengthening the construction of grassroots Party organizations is a basic and long-term project for the CPC to play the role of a fortress in the new era and on the new journey.At present,some grassroots Party organizations still have weakening problems,which are mainly reflected in the vague positioning of the"top leaders"of the grassroots Party organizations;the weakness and disorganization of the grassroots Party organizations;the lax discipline of the grassroots Party organizations;and the partial disharmony between the Party and the masses.The main reasons are that the transformation and upgrading of the economic structure has led to individualized interests;a small number of leading cadres talk empty talk about politics;various non-Marxist trends of thought shake ideological stability;and the working methods of grassroots Party organizations deviate from the mass line.Therefore,in strengthening the construction of grassroots Party organizations in the new era,we must adhere to the Party's overall leadership and strengthen horizontal connections between grassroots organizations;we must clean up political dust and optimize the political ecology within the grassroots Party organization;we must innovate systems and mechanisms to build a new pattern of grassroots governance;we must stand firmly on the people's side and open up new paths for mass work.
