摘要

人工智能赋能高校本科拔尖创新人才培养,是推进高等教育现代化进程的重要驱动,是教育科技人才一体化发展的客观要求,也是促进人的全面又个性发展的需要.在此过程中需坚持"以人为本",把握变化规律,警惕"双面效应",在路径上要有效融入高校本科拔尖创新人才培养目标、选拔方式、课程体系、教学方式、评价机制的系统重构,推动形成数智引领、交叉复合、导向鲜明的本科拔尖创新人才培养新模式,从而推进人才培养路径的时代性优化,着力培养更加符合时代需要、具备创新潜质的拔尖人才.

Abstract

The cultivation of top-notch innovative undergraduates in universities empowered by artificial intelligence is an important drive in the process of promoting advanced education modernization. It is also an objective requirement for the integrated development of education,technology,and talents,as well as a need to promote the all-round and individualized development of people. In the process,it is necessary to adhere to the "people-oriented" principle,grasp the change rules,and be vigilant about the "two-sided effects". In terms of the path,it is necessary to effectively integrate into the systematic reconstruction of the cultivation goals,selection methods,curriculum systems,teaching methods,and evaluation mechanisms for top-notch innovative undergraduates in universities,and promote the formation of a new model of top-notch innovative undergraduates with the guidance of digital intelligence,cross-combination,and distinct orientation,so as to promote the optimization of the cultivation path in the era and cultivate top-notch talents who are more in line with the needs of the times and have innovative potential.
